Net Positive Ops

Privacy Policy

How Net Positive Ops handles website inquiries and SMS follow-up information.

Effective October 1, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Net Positive Ops (“NPO,” “we,” “us”) handles information from website inquiries and its own SMS inquiry follow-up program. The SMS program is in development. Its SMS-specific provisions apply when the program is enabled and you choose to participate.

1. Information we collect

  • Website inquiries: your name, email address, business name if provided, and the message you submit.
  • Calls and texts, when enabled: phone numbers, call and message timestamps, delivery information, SMS consent and opt-out records, and the details you choose to share, such as your name, reason for calling, and preferred callback time.
  • Technical information: hosting, form, email, and telecommunications providers may process IP addresses, browser information, request logs, and security or delivery metadata needed to provide their services.

Please do not send passwords, payment-card information, government identification numbers, health records, or other sensitive personal information through the public contact form or SMS.

2. How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, understand the requested assistance, arrange human follow-up, operate and troubleshoot the service, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations. When the SMS program is enabled, we use your consent and opt-out records to manage whether messages may be sent.

Inquiries may be organized into a summary for NPO’s follow-up. A summary may omit detail or contain an error, so you may contact us to correct your information. Automated processing may support message delivery and organization; it does not replace the business’s responsibility to review and respond.

3. Service providers and sharing

We use providers for website hosting, contact-form handling, business email, and telephone and SMS delivery. They process information as needed to supply those services. Authorized people at NPO may access inquiry information to respond and operate the program.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. SMS consent is specific to the identified program and sender. It is not transferred to unrelated businesses or used to enroll you in another sender’s messages.

We may disclose information when legally required, to protect people or our services, or at your request. Any separate program operated for another business needs its own applicable notices and consent arrangements. This NPO program does not enroll you in messages from other businesses.

4. Website technologies and links

This website’s code does not include advertising trackers or a visitor analytics service. Hosting and form providers may use technical logs or cookies for delivery, security, and abuse prevention. Your browser can control or block cookies. Linked third-party websites and providers have their own privacy practices.

5. Retention and security

We keep inquiry and operational information for as long as needed to handle the request, operate the service, resolve disputes, or meet applicable legal obligations. Consent and opt-out records may need to be retained after a conversation ends to demonstrate consent and honor withdrawal. Service providers may have separate retention requirements for logs and delivery records.

No website, email, or text service can guarantee complete security. Please share only information needed for your inquiry. Contact us if you believe information was sent in error or you need help limiting its use.

6. Your choices and requests

Submitting the website inquiry form does not give SMS consent. Where SMS is enabled, you may decline the optional consent prompt, reply STOP to stop texts, or reply HELP for assistance. A final opt-out confirmation may be sent. You can also contact us by email.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of the information you have provided. We may verify your identity before acting and may retain information required by law or needed to preserve consent and opt-out records. Additional rights may apply depending on where you live.

7. Children

This website and program are intended for business inquiries and are not directed to children under 13. Please contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information.

8. Changes

We may update this policy as the program or our practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version. A materially different SMS purpose requires appropriate new consent; a policy update alone does not grant permission to send unrelated messages.

9. Contact

For privacy questions and requests, email hello@netpositiveops.com and include “Privacy request” in the subject. Please do not include sensitive identification documents in your initial email.
