The NPO SMS program is not active yet. This page explains the intended experience. No phone number is being offered here for enrollment.
Text follow-up is your choice.
When the Net Positive Ops Missed Call Recovery program is enabled, callers whose calls go unanswered may choose automated texts about that inquiry. The exchange helps collect the reason for calling and preferred callback time, and shares the response expectation. It does not enroll callers in advertising or unrelated recurring messages.
Phone consent script
The configured flow uses two separate keypad choices. The first choice requests the SMS disclosures. It does not by itself authorize a text. Messaging remains disabled while setup and approval are in progress.
1. Choose text follow-up or voicemail
Net Positive Ops: Sorry we missed your call. For text follow-up about your request, press 1. Otherwise, please wait to leave a voice message.
2. Hear the SMS disclosures
Net Positive Ops could not answer your call. We can send automated text messages to this calling number to ask the reason for your call and coordinate a callback. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Our privacy policy is at net positive ops dot com slash privacy dash policy. Our SMS terms are at net positive ops dot com slash terms.
3. Confirm consent
To agree to receive these texts at the number you are calling from, press 1. To decline, press 2. If this is not a text-capable number you control, press 2.
The disclosures finish before the confirmation prompt collects a response. Only pressing 1 at the confirmation step authorizes text follow-up to the number the caller is calling from. Pressing 2 or providing no valid confirmation does not authorize SMS and leads to voicemail. Hanging up does not authorize SMS. The website contact form does not enroll anyone in texts.
After confirmation
The first text confirms the choice and asks about the inquiry:
Net Positive Ops: You agreed to text follow-up. Sorry we missed your call. Please reply with your name, what you need help with, and a good time to call back. A team member will review your message during business hours. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
Texts relate only to that inquiry and callback coordination. They do not enroll callers in advertising. A record of the consent decision, calling number, call identifier, timestamp, and disclosure version is retained to document the choice.
Re-enabling texts after opting out
Reply START, YES, or UNSTOP to re-enable text messaging after an opt-out. Re-enabling messaging does not start a new missed-call follow-up. Call again and complete the phone consent steps to request follow-up about a new inquiry.
Frequency, help, and withdrawal
Message frequency varies with the inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts or reply HELP for assistance. You can also email hello@netpositiveops.com. Text consent is optional and not a condition of purchase.

These notices describe NPO’s own inquiry program. They do not register or enroll callers in another business’s program. This page and its planned script are not evidence that a caller has already consented.
