Net Positive Ops

Terms of Service

Website terms and SMS program terms for Net Positive Ops.

Effective October 1, 2026

These Terms of Service cover use of the Net Positive Ops website and NPO’s own SMS inquiry follow-up program. The SMS program is in development. Publishing these terms does not activate messaging or enroll anyone.

1. Website and inquiries

This website describes NPO’s current work and the intended missed-call recovery service. Illustrative messages and reports are examples, not actual customer results. Submitting an inquiry does not create a paid-service agreement, activate a product, or authorize text messages.

Any paid engagement requires a separate agreement that states the scope, price, responsibilities, and service conditions. Product availability and specific features must be confirmed before activation.

2. Appropriate use

Provide information you are authorized to share. Do not use the website or messaging program to send unlawful material, impersonate others, distribute malware, or interfere with the service. Keep public inquiries high level and avoid sensitive personal information.

3. SMS program terms

Program name and purpose

Net Positive Ops Missed Call Recovery is an inquiry follow-up program. When enabled, it sends non-marketing texts to people who choose SMS follow-up for their own inquiry to Net Positive Ops. Messages may acknowledge an unanswered call, ask for the caller’s name and reason for calling, collect a preferred callback time, confirm receipt, and communicate NPO’s response expectation.

Choice and consent

Participation is optional. Calling NPO or submitting the website form alone does not enroll you. Where available, the phone consent prompt explains the program and asks for a clear yes or no. NPO sends program texts only after an affirmative choice or another valid, documented opt-in for the program. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Your consent does not enroll you in promotional messages or messages from other businesses.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies with your inquiry and the conversation. Messages relate to the inquiry you opted into. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s plan governs any charges you incur.

Stopping messages and getting help

Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages. You may receive a final confirmation of your opt-out. Do not expect further program texts unless you choose to opt in again.

Reply HELP for help or email hello@netpositiveops.com. Tell us if you no longer control a phone number enrolled in the program. Use email if text delivery is unavailable.

Delivery and callback expectations

Text delivery depends on telecommunications networks and may be delayed, blocked, or unsuccessful. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. A response expectation is an estimate, not a guaranteed callback time, booking, or service commitment.

This program is not monitored for emergencies and should not be used for urgent threats to life, safety, or property. Contact the appropriate emergency service when immediate assistance is needed.

Privacy

The Net Positive Ops Privacy Policy explains how inquiry information and SMS consent records are used. We do not sell or share SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Information and limitations

Information collected or summarized through the program can be incomplete or inaccurate. People remain responsible for reviewing the request and deciding how to respond. Website information and inquiry handling do not replace legal, medical, financial, or other licensed professional advice. No recovered revenue, completed sale, appointment, or callback outcome is guaranteed.

5. Changes and contact

We may update the website, program, and these terms. The effective date identifies this version. Changes do not substitute for new consent where it is required. Questions about these terms can be sent to hello@netpositiveops.com.
